Returns & Refunds

You  have 30 days to notify i love it from the date on which you purchased the product if you want to return the product and another 14 days to send the item back

Should you wish to return the item you have purchased, please contact our Customer Service team on help@iloveit.com to request a return and include your i love it order number.  The Customer Service team will guide you on how to make a return and will be subject to the Brands returns process. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and packed inside the original packaging. 

Please note: all products purchased via the i love it platform are not subject to any additional returns handling fees charged by the brand. Some brands may ask the customer to cover the costs to ship the item back to them, which you will be required to pay for.

We are not able to offer exchanges of goods. You will need to return the item you have purchased, and place a new order for the other item. 

You will be required to share with i love it a proof of postage to confirm your return has been sent back to the Brand. Upon receiving this and subject to there being no issues, i love it will initiate the refund back to your account (usually within 48 hours) including the delivery cost paid at the time of purchase. 

Non-refundable items:

Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable:

  1. Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (made to measure items, personalized etc)
  2. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  3. Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings, cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken

To avoid any disappointment regarding your purchase, you are very welcome to contact us to triple check before buying anything and should always read the terms of purchase at the point of checkout. We’re on help@iloveit.com if you need us. 

Faulty Items:

From time to time, some products aren’t quite what they should be. If you believe your product to be faulty, please contact help@iloveit.com and include some photographs and a good description of the faults. If your concern meets our requirements, we will then guide you through the next steps with returning the item and issuing a full refund.

Disputes:

I love it is responsible for investigating any disputes between our shoppers and brands. Should you have a dispute you wish to raise or are not satisfied with the handling of your purchase, please contact help@iloveit.com
